    The IOC Executive Bard confirmed the list of candidates for the IV Summer Youth Olympic Games in 2022. It includes Botswana, Nigeria, Senegal and Tunisia.

    Over the past month, three-day visits were made by IOC experts to each country to gather information. The Evaluation Commission, led by Uğur Erdener, President of the NOC Turkey and the International Archery Federation, will submit its final report and recommendation in September 2018.

    The decision to award the 2022 YOG to an African NOC was made in February this year.

    It bears reminding that the III Summer YOG 2018 will be held from 6 to 18 October in Buenos Aires (Argentina).
