    The current head of the organization, four-time Olympic fencing champion Stanislav Pozdnyakov, received the full support of the members of ROC and was unanimously re-elected for a new four-year term.

    Vladimir Sengleev retained the position of General Director. He has worked for the Russian Olympic Committee since 2010 and was appointed to his current position in 2014.

    Rodion Plitukhin was elected Secretary General of the Russian Olympic Committee. He has two degrees – in law and in economics. He has been working in the field of physical culture and sports since 2004. He joined the Russian Olympic Committee in 2017. From 2018 until today, he has served as Deputy General Director – Head of the Presidential Staff of the Russian Olympic Committee.

    Igor Levitin, Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation, was re-elected First Vice-President of the ROC.

    The positions of Vice Presidents of the ROC in the next four years will be occupied by:

    1. Vladimir Kozhin – President of the Winter Olympic Sports Association.

    2. Gennady Timchenko – Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kontinental Hockey League.

    3. Vasily Titov – President of the All-Russian Association of Summer Olympic Sports, President of the Russian Gymnastics Federation.

    4. Sergey Shishkarev – President of the Russian Handball Federation.

    The new composition of the Executive Committee of the ROC included:

    1. Yuri Avdeev – Chairman of the St. Petersburg Olympic Council.

    2. Yuri Borzakovsky – Chairman of the ROC Athletes’ Commission, Olympic champion.

    3. Olga Brusnikina – President of the Russian Synchronized Swimming Federation, three-time Olympic champion.

    4. Elena Vyalbe – President of the Russian Cross-Country Skiing Federation, three-time Olympic champion.

    5. Nikolai Gulyaev – President of the Russian Skating Union, Olympic champion.

    6. Dmitry Dubrovsky – President of the Ski Jumping and Nordic Combined Federation of Russia.

    7. Yelena Isinbayeva – Member of the International Olympic Committee, two-time Olympic champion.

    8. Vladimir Kozhin – President of the Winter Olympic Sports Association.
