    Winter Sports Day held on February 10 in Gorky Park presented the guests with many interesting master classes, autograph sessions with Olympic champions and competitions with prizes and gifts from the partners of the Russian Olympic Committee.

    For the first time in history, the main Pavilion was in operation during the festival where the stands of all 12 winter sports federations were could be seen.

    During the day, 60 Olympic champions and prize-winners of different years came to Gorky Park. They conducted 26 autograph sessions, handing out more than 4,000 signatures!

    In total, more than 4,000 guests visited 10 sites full of activities. Half of them received Diplomas of Participation in Winter Sports Day and souvenirs from ROC.

    As part of the festival, 10 master classes were held, in which Olympic champions, World and European champions took part. Among them were Nikita Kryukov, Alexander Legkov, Natalya Korosteleva (ski racing), Alexey Yashin (hockey), Ekaterina Galkina and Olga Zharkova (curling).

    The most popular were master classes in figure skating, held by Sochi Olympic champion Elena Ilinykh and silver medalist of the 1980 Games in Lake Placid, Sergei Shakhrai.

    The main sports festival of the winter season was a success! See you next year on Winter Sports Day!
