Members of the Russian National Trap Shooting Team gave an Olympic lesson in Lipetsk

Members of the Russian national trap shooting team who are Lipetsk athletes, held an open Olympic lesson in School №20.

A very impressive cast came to meet with the senior pupils:  Vitaly Fokeev, a participant in three Olympic games in trap shooting, Tatiana Barsuk the honored master of sports of Russia of international class and Mikhail Leibo, Artem Nekrasov, Roman Zagumennov, Anton Astakhov and Maxim Smykov. 

The athletes started their lesson with dynamic set up exercises. Each of the guests showed the schoolchildren one exercise. Tatiana Barsuk showed the children gymnastics for the eyes, Anton Astakhov bent and extended his index finger to show special shooting warm-up and the children  liked it very much. 

Then the athletes spoke about the importance of sports in their lives, how they came into the shooting  sports, about their usual routine training day, answered numerous questions. In the end of the lesson they made commemorative pictures.
