From 5 to 8 June a short-term program called Methodological Foundations of the Organization of Young Basketball Players’ Trainings was be implemented in Moscow. It was organized by the FSBI Federal Science Center for Physical Culture and Sport of the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation and the Russian Basketball Federation with support of the Russian Olympic Committee and the FSBI Sports Training Center.
From 5 to 7 June, in Moscow the FSBI Federal Science Center for Physical Culture and Sport and the Russian Basketball Federation (RFB) will hold short-term training courses for coaches. The topic is Methodological Basis for Organizing Trainings with Young Basketball Players.
On May 31 in front of the Shuvalovsky building of the Moscow State University named after M. V. Lomonosov, the Higher School of Policy in Culture and Administration in Humanities (faculty) with the support of the ROC organized a sports-musical flash mob Morning Work-Out With Olympic Champions.
Today at the Russian Olympic Committee Vladimir Sengleev, Director General of the ROC, met with the delegation from Turkmenistan, headed by the Minister of Sport Dayanch Gulgeldiev and Secretary General of the NOC Azad Muradov.
President of the ROC Alexandr Zhukov held a working meeting with the Head of the Tunisian Olympic Committee Mehrez Boussayene. The parties discussed a wide range of issues, including coaches’ seminars and education and training camps with participation of national youth teams in competitive sports, Boxing, Judo, Weightlifting and Athletics.
The National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a two-day seminar Communications and Marketing in Sports Organizations. New Trends in Sports Journalism. The event was attended by representatives of the ROC, Russian sports journalists and TV commentators, who, among other things, provided coverage of the PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Winter Games.
Representatives of the Russian Olympic Committee visited Frankfurt am Main, where they held working meetings with the authorities of the Association For International Sport for All (TAFISA).
Today, the ROC President Alexander Zhukov held working meetings with delegations of the national Olympic committees of Uzbekistan and Ethiopia. From the Russian side the meetings were also attended by the Director-General of the ROC Vladimir Sengleev, Head of the ROC International Relations Department Anna Malinina and her Assistant Alexei Slautin.
Today, at the Russian Olympic Committee a joint meeting of the Executive Committee and the Board of the Ministry of Sport. It began with a discussion of the results of the participation of Olympic athletes from Russia, accompanying and officials in the XXIII Olympic Winter Games 2018 in Pyeongchang (Republic of Korea).
