  • Mr. Viktor Berezov has over 15 years of extensive international experience in international sports law, specifically within the ROC Legal Department. Since December 2024 he has served as the Secretary General of the Russian Olympic Committee.

    Viktor Berezov’s Career Achievements:

    – Since 2004 — Deputy Chairman of the Arbitration Panel of the Volleyball Federation of Russia (VFR).

    – Since 2008 — Member of the Disciplinary Commission and the Arbitral Board of the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI).

    – 2010–2017 — Chairman of the Russian Anti-Doping Agency (RUSADA) Disciplinary Anti-Doping Committee.

    – 2015–2019 — Arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).

    – Since 2016 — Chairman of the Dispute Resolution Chamber of the Russian Football Union.

    – 2024 — was elected as the ROC Secretary General.

    Viktor Berezov received the Certificate of Honor from the President of the Russian Federation in 2014, and in 2022, he was awarded the Medal of the Order “For Merit to the Fatherland”, 2-nd class.

    The Children of Asia International Committee was established on November 8, 2012, at the 31st General Assembly of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) in Macau, following an initiative by Sheikh Ahmad Al-Fahad Al-Sabah, the President of the Olympic Council of Asia.

    The Children of Asia sports project is one of the most significant initiatives for youth sports across the Asian continent, having been active for over 29 years. Since its inception, more than 18,000 young athletes from 40 Asian countries and 27 regions of the Russian Federation have participated in the Children of Asia Games.
