    Tatiana Pokrovskaya, head coach of the Russian national team in synchronized swimming. Hero of Labor of the Russian Federation. Honored Coach of Russia.

    Nomination 6 – Best Coach of the 2022 Beijing XXIV Olympic Winter Games

    Yuri Borodavko, cross-country skiing coach. Master of Sports of International Class, Honored Coach of Russia.

    Patriot Award

    Alexander Gorshkov, 1976 Olympic champion, six-time world champion, six-time European champion, Honored Master of Sports of the USSR, President of the Russian Figure Skating Federation. Passed away on November 17, 2022. His daughter Yulia Pakhomova-Gorshkova received the award.

    Nomination 15 – Head of a Summer Sports Federation

    Vladimir Salnikov, president of the All-Russian Swimming Federation, 4-time Olympic champion, multiple world and European champion, world record holder.

    Mikhail Mamiashvili, president of the Russian Wrestling Federation, Olympic champion in Greco-Roman wrestling, three-time world champion, and three-time European champion.
