According to the results of the official registration of athletes and officials to participate in the Olympic Games, the delegation will consist of 169 athletes and 189 officials, including 80 coaches, will go to Pyeongchang as part of the delegation of the Olympic Athletes from Russia team. Separate quota is provided for accredited guests of the National Olympic Committee.

During the annual Olympic Assembly, the Minister of Sports of Russia, President of the Russian Olympic Committee Michael Degtyarev presented a report detailing the activities of the Russian Olympic Committee for 2025 and the achievements thus far.
Representatives from nearly two dozen countries took part in the session «Sport Without Borders: New Horizons of Cooperation», which was part of the XIII International Forum «Russia: Country of Sports» in Samara.
Michael Degtyarev, the Minister of Sports of the Russian Federation and President of the Russian Olympic Committee, participated in the Tenth session of the Conference of Parties to the International Convention against Doping in Sport.
