As part of the Olympic educational program in Moscow at the Russian International Olympic University, the advanced training course ″Management of a non-profit sports club″ was given.
The program was conducted by educators with extensive practical experience, including the executive director of the weekly magazine ″Football. Hockey″, sports facilities management consultant Anatoly Volosov, organizer of sports events, author of the book ″Biletologiya″ Kirill Larin, director of the department of accounting and taxation of non-profit organizations of ABF ″Renaissance″ Ekaterina Bakhankova, founder and head of the marketing agency ″Sports Eleven″, organizer of major sports competitions Demyan Sidorenko.
First of all, students were interested in the problems of commercial activity in a sports club, an effective approach to finding customers, organizing financial management, accounting, personnel management, holding sports events and working with partners. The course had a pronounced practice-oriented nature with a focus on employees of sports organizations interested in attracting customers. Certificates of advanced training were received by students from 5 regions of Russia and the Republic of Kazakhstan.
