  • The #SEMYAZASPORT contest organized by the Russian Olympic Committee and the official outfitter of the Russian Olympic team ZASPORT, held within the frames of the Olympic Country programme for the development of mass sports, has come to an end. From June 17 to July 5, participants of the contest had to post photos and videos on social media taken during family workouts, outdoor exercises and joint sports games.

According to the terms of the contest, the photos and videos had to be posted on Instagram, Vkontakte or Facebook, indicating the hashtag #SEMYAZASPORT and tagging the official accounts of the ROC, ZASPORT and the project’s information partner “OK!” magazine.

The star jury, which included the chief designer and founder of ZASPORT Anastasia Zadorina, ROC sports director Andrey Konokotin, editor-in-chief of “OK!” magazine Denis Kazmin, and our renowned athletes – two-time Olympic champions in figure skating Tatyana Volosozhar and Maxim Trankov, three-time world champion in artistic gymnastics Artur Dalaloyan and Olympic champion in rhythmic gymnastics Ulyana Donskova, reviewed more than 500 works and determined the winner and top ten finalists.

First and foremost, members of the jury assessed the originality and creative component of the photos and videos. The quality of the photos (videos) did not affect the evaluations in any way.

In the end, the Kostandov pair @chel_rope from Chelyabinsk won and received the main prize – ZASPORT sportswear for all family members.

    Anastasia Zadorina:

    – First of all, I would like to congratulate everyone on the occasion of the Day of Family, Love and Fidelity! Looking through the photos and videos of the participants of the contest, I was sincerely glad that we have so many sporting families. Together they do exercises, dance, do push-ups, work out in open areas, play football, tennis, badminton and so on.

And a family from Chelyabinsk became the winners of our contest. The Kostandov pair have three children, at the same time leading an active lifestyle and regularly conducting home workouts and recording each moment on video. Very soon they will conduct their workouts in new ZASPORT outfits! I was fascinated by their jumping technique with skipping ropes, and I am even thinking of taking lessons myself.

The following participants included into the top ten will receive mascots of the Russian Olympic team:

    • @katia_luniova
    • @baranova__anna_
    • @misha.zhidkov_4
    • @kletskov_nikita
    • @kinderhulk
    • @kto_za_sport
    • @cat_ivakina
    • @milashkakr
    • @natalianaumova_vedyshya

A special prize from the President of the ROC, four-time Olympic champion in fencing Stanislav Pozdnyakov – a bicycle and a soccer ball – went to the Fedorov family @stigra25.

    Stanislav Pozdnyakov:

    – This project has attained its main goals by uniting numerous families from various regions of our large country in an effort to spend their free time actively and improve their health. Participants of the contest demonstrated not only their excellent physical shape, but also a creative approach to workouts, exercises and organizing family leisure.

I am convinced that all the photos and videos posted as part of the contest have received the best assessment. They will become a clear example of how people can and should stay active leading a healthy lifestyle together with all family members regardless of circumstances.
