  • Here we quote the official statement by the OAR delegation on of Alexander Krushelnytsky’s decision to abandon the CAS hearings on the doping samples tested positive for the banned substance.

    “Krushelnitsky has been stripped of the bronze medal he won with Bryzgalova. The athletes have already left South Korea. The results of doping tests taken at the Olympic Games are not disputed. As part of the further investigation, a comprehensive work will be carried out in order to establish all the circumstances of the case. The law enforcement agencies, the Curling Federation of Russia and athletes will be involved in it. The Russian Olympic Committee, for its part, will provide the necessary assistance.”
