    • He worked in commercial organizations operating on the securities market. At the same time he was teaching accounting and audit in the Kalmyk State University (1992-1998)
    • From 1998 to 2010 he worked for the executive bodies of the Republic of Kalmykia, where he occupied the following positions:

      – Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kalmykia – Minister of Economy of the Republic of Kalmykia; 

      – Chairman of the Government of the Republic of Kalmykia.
