
The All-Russian Sports Dictation is an annual educational campaign aimed at promoting knowledge about physical culture and sport, the Olympic Games, and a healthy lifestyle. The idea for the project belongs to three-time Olympic champion in synchronized swimming Maria Kiseleva. The initiative received support from the Minister of Sport of Russia and President of the Olympic Committee of Russia, Mikhail Degtyarev.
The first All-Russian Sports Dictation took place on October 5, 2025, in both online and offline formats. More than 850 venues were organized across the country, with a total of 250,000 participants.
The project was officially launched at the National Centre “Russia” by Mikhail Degtyarev, who also read out the first question of the dictation.
Questions were also presented by Olympic champions and medalists, including Taras Khtey, Svetlana Kolesnichenko, Evgeny Rylov, Anastasia Nazarenko, Yuriy Borzakovskiy, Ivan Shtyl, Semyon Elistratov, Andrei Kirilenko, Ilgar Mamedov, and Mikhail Mamiashvili.
In total, 25 questions were asked. At the end of the event, participants received personalized certificates.
